His thesis research concerned fluid flow in sedimentary basins which led to several years of experience being both a programmer and user of The Geochemist's Workbench® and Basin2™ software packages. He is currently conducting geochemical modeling and field work as a member of the Midwest Geological Sequestration Consortium. He is a member of the Geological Society of America and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists. Peter began working for the ISGS full-time in 2009.
