Responsibilities

I work with quaternary geologists to prepare geologic maps for publication and provide general technical assistance:
      • process geologic data using geographic informaiton systems software—ArcGIS
      • process digital map images, layouts, cross sections, and figures using graphics software—Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
      • ensure that maps and data conform to ISGS cartographic standards

I serve as liaison between the ISGS Quaternary and Engineering Geology Section and county GIS departments for the purpose of acquiring and sharing new and updated GIS data
