Major Responsibilities
- Geoscience education and outreach. Develop outreach materials, field trips, workshops for citizens of Illinois.
Current Projects
- Lead 4 annual Geological Science Field Trips.
- Develop (with others) and lead teacher workshops.
- Give talks to schools and other civic and citizen groups.
- Develop new outreach publications and materials.
- Work with other state agencies to coordinate educational outreach activities and plans.
