Records in this database are from water wells drilled largely to supply non-commercial residential needs and which have been reported to the Illinois State Geological Survey (ISGS). This information has been entered verbatim from records submitted by well drillers via logs, pump installation reports and other related forms. Accuracy of these records has not been verified.

The ISGS provides this information "as is" and makes no guarantee or warranty concerning accuracy of the information contained in the database. ISGS further makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, as to any other matter whatsoever including, without limitation, the condition of the product or its fitness for any particular purpose.
