Polygon Attributes:
INDEX - the mine index number, which can be used to
relate to other tabular data that may exist
in the ISGS Coal Section mine database.
INDEX2 - Additional mine index number, if applicable.
A mine may have two index numbers because of
overlapping mines or surface mining through
shallow underground mines, or due to changing
mine ownership and/or status over time.
CODE - code for source of digitized data
from ISGS Coal Section
Valid CODEs within this database include:
0 - not a mine polygon
(a donut polygon within a mine polygon)
1 - Original mine map with 4 registration points
2 - Original mine map, registered using landmarks
4 - Map with topography or scale > 1:24,000
Note: A polygon with CODE - 12 is also present,
but is probably mis-coded.
