Useage statement
 

Silt and organic debris on top of Sirmilik Glacier (B37). This fine-grained material is largely wind-blown silt and algal debris that melts out of the glacier's surface in the summer. The material is related to the dark bands shown in images 0030, 0039, and 0040 taken near this location. Collector is Professor Michel Bouchard, at that time Chair of the Department of Geology, University of Montreal.
